DRUG INTERACTIONS:
*Aluminium Hydroxide Gel + Pseudoephedrine = Decrease effect of that drug due to increases pH of gastric fluid
*Ciprofloxacin + Theophyline = Increases plasma level of Theophyline
* Aminoglycoside + beta-Lactam antibiotics= Synergestic effect but if given in same syring it‘s become inactive due to complex formation
* Cortisone + Ampicillin= Antagonist
*Erythromycin /Clarithromycin/ Telrithromycin + Carmazepam/ Phenytoin = Increases level of Carbamazapine and Phenytoin
*Erythromycin /Clarithromycin/ Telrithromycin + Carmazepam/ Phenytoin = Increases level of Carbamazapine and Phenytoin
*Methotrexate + Sulfamethoxazole = Displace from binding site and increases free plasma concentration of drug
*Amphotericin B + Flucytosine = Synergestic effect
* Ketoconazole + Amphotericin B = Antagonized effect due to decreases ergosterol level
*Azoles ( including All) + Terbinafine = Contraindicated
* Posconazole + Ergot alkaloid = Contraindicate
*Cimetidine + Terbinafine= increases plasma concentration of Terbinafine
* Gresiofulvin + Alcohol = Potentiate toxicity of alcohol
* Miconazole+ Warfarin = inhibit metabolism of warfarin
*MAO inhibitors + Pethidine = Hyperpyrexia
*TCA + SSRIs TCA = toxicity
