WHY YOU MUST TAKE YOGHURT

What do we know about yoghurt?

First of all Yoghurt is a probiotic.

Probiotics are the live bacteria and yeast that are good for our health, especially the digestive system. They are often called “good” bacteria because they help keep our gut healthy.

They help replace “good” bacteria in your body especially after you’ve taken antibiotics. They can lower the amount of “bad” bacteria and balance the good and bad bacteria to keep your body working like it should be. Example such as Bifidobacterium helps to ease the symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome.

Lactobacillus is the most common probiotics, it’s found in the yoghurt and other fermented foods, research has shown that they help with diarrhoea (Watery Stool) and ease other symptoms of non-stomach related problem such as Skin conditions, eczema, urinary and vaginal health (For prophylaxis or Prevention of Candidiasis) preventing allergies and colds and oral health.

Note: The yoghurt should be taken orally and shouldn't be applied topical on the vagina.
